the hot tubs are set up with air pressure controls to prevent electrocution
it can be converted but be sure the controls are mounted well away from the tub
adding lighting can be done just stop in to your local pool supply house and ask for light set up appropriate to the size of your tub
the hole saw you would need for the install will cost about 2/3s the cost of having it installed by the pool supply house

Hello....Yes and it's easy. I use Balboa retrofit spa packs on a daily basis almost. The basic VS501 model will most likely work for you. It can control a 2 speed pump, a second 1 speed pump or blower, light, and ozonator. They come with the topside controls, cables for your pumps and a light kit. You will still have to get a light fixture fitting and install it. Easily done.
