ck the inside for cracks, take off all the side panal’s and fill it with water check for leaks. ck all around the pumps and heater box,. Take the 2 or 4 screws off the front cover and ck the wires and fuse’s. after its full you may have to bleed the air pump housing so look for some drain plugs on front of the pump, ck the filter or get a new one. make sure to get a good test kit and you know what your doing with the chemicals BEFORE you use them. good luck

First be sure the electrical is properly connected. About the only way you’re going to be able to test it is to fill it up. Be sure you fill it so all the jets are underwater before turning it on.
