Why Is Water Coming Out Of My Air Intake In The Jacuzzi Seat In My Pool?
The jacuzzi seat in our pool is not working properly. Jets are not pumping water forecefully enough, and there seems to be water coming out of the air intake valve. Tried running it for a while to see if it would work itself out, no such luck. Any suggestions?

This usually means that there is some debris stuck in the jets. Back in the jet behind the eyeball fitting is the jet orifice. Depending on which type of jets you have,this orifice should be able to be removed and cleaned out. I use a long 3/8″ extention with either a 9/16″ or 1/2″ socket. Remove all orifices and then turn on the pump to get rid of what ever didn’t come out then reinstall them all and that should do it. If you want you can drain some of the spa into the pool first. Drain it so all the jets are exposed above the water level. You do this by turning only the suction valve to spa and leaving the return valve on pool. Once the jets are exposed turn the return side valve to spa, with the pump on, you will be able to see which jets are working and which ones need to be cleaned. Hope this helps !!
